The meeting is intended to be hold as hybrid meeting with the in-person attendance being limited to a maximum number of 72 individuals. The regular registration fee covers coffee breaks and lunch at the conference site. The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday September 7th and can be purchased with an additional cost of 50€. Please note that contributed talks will be given preferentially to participants who attend in person.

Cancellation policy 

  • ADEIT reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity if a minimum number of registrations is not reached or because of other reasons beyond the control of the organisers.
  • In the case of cancellation of the event, ADEIT will refund the full registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other expenses such as the travel expenses or accommodation bookings.

Cancellation by the participant

  • The cancellation request must be made through the "Registration" section of the website (with the ticket number and the pin provided) before June 30th 2022, 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative costs. After June 30th 2022, participants withdrawing from the Conference will not receive any refund.
     
  • If a conference delegate is unable to attend, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as ADEIT is informed of the change at least 48 hours before the event.

To make changes to your registration, you must provide your ticket and your PIN number.
