Oral sessions will take place in the rooms on the ground floor of the conference venue. Speakers will have 25 minutes for their presentations and 5 additional minutes for questions. Rooms are equipped with WIFI, computer facilities for presentations and beamer. Therefore, there is no need for presenters to bring their own laptops. Please note that the presenters are responsible for their own presentations, so please make sure you arrive in time before your session starts with your presentation document on a USB key (virus-free, please!).
The computers at the session rooms are running Windows 10 operating system and have Office 2013 & Adobe Acrobat professional XI for running the presentations.
In case of technical problems, you can ask one of the conference staff present on the room for assistance.
