Cancellation and Modification Policy for Registrations
1. Registration is required for all participants and exhibitors and we reserve the right to withhold joining instructions pending receipt of full payment. Substitutions of delegates from the same organization may be made at any time and without charge.
2. Participants may cancel their participation in the Conference. Withdrawal of Conference participants must be communicated in writing to the EURO2018 Conference Secretariat (by e mail: email@example.com ). In such cases the Technical Organizer will not refund the participation fee paid.
3. In the event of withdrawal of a participant from participation in the Conference, the Technical Organizer will not refund the participation fee paid. Furthermore, the participant expressly agrees to totally absolve EURO2018 from any liability with respect to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely the individual’s responsibility to seek and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance to cover his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the Conference.
4. After the registration payment, participants can make changes (to adquire new products: extra gala dinner, accompanying person...). For this, you must provide your ticket and your PIN number.
