Call for abstracts

Date for presentation of papers: from 1-11-2018 to 10-03-2019


Participants are kindly invited to submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentation, dealing with the topic of the Symposium.

The text should be written in English, 12 point type, Times New Roman type of letter, 1.5 space and should not exceed 300 words. Keep 1-inch margins and the text in a single column. Do not use tabulation. Put the title in capital letters, authors in bold and all authors’ complete affiliations on the top of the page. Author presenting the contribution must be underlined.

Please indicate if presenting author is below 35 years old (to be eligible for the awards to the best poster and oral communications).

There is space in the Symposium for some oral presentation that will be selected in accordance with the evaluation by the scientific committee and available slots in the program; the rest will be presented as posters.

​A reference number will be assigned to your abstract that you will receive with the acknowledgement of receipt. Please note that a maximum of two abstracts are allowed per registered delegate. Abstracts acceptances will be submitted in less than 1 week after the deadline.
