Awards and publications
2 awards will be granted to those young scientists (below 35 years) presenting poster and oral communication elected in each case by the scientific committee as the best content and presentation. Each of both awardees will receive a diploma.
A book of Abstracts will be published and given to delegates as USB.
Invited lectures and selected oral communications will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Functional Foods, a publication of Elsevier.
