Cancellation by the organization

ADEIT reserves the right to cancel the activity if the minimum enrolment is not achieved, and to change the dates of the activity/event when necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

In case of cancellation of the activity, ADEIT will fully refund the inscription fee, but will not be responsible for any expenses arising from attendance, as travel or accommodation bookings.

Cancellation by the attendant

If the participant wish to cancel his or her registration once confirmed the payment of the fee, the cancellation policy includes the possibility to recover the 90% of the fee if the cancelation order arrives before seven days before the start of the activity. The cancellation order must be made through the "Registration" section of the website (with the ticket number and the pin provided) until 20th november 2015. A 10% of the fee will be retained by ADEIT for administrative expenses. In other cases, the fee will not be reimbursed.

If the participant is unable to attend the activity, he or she can assign his/her registration to another person, as long as the change is duly communicated to ADEIT with a notice of at least 48 hours.
