Dear friends and colleagues,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Local Organizing Committee has decided that TAUP 2021 will be a 100% online event. The celebration of the Fallas festival in Valencia in early September and the conflict with teaching in October, together with the unequal rate of vaccination process worldwide made it very difficult to host a hybrid event with a truly international participation.

The TAUP 2021 Conference will be held from August 26th to September 3rd (no sessions scheduled on the weekend, Aug 28th and 29th).

Conference program

The list of plenary speakers and conveners of the parallel sessions is available here. Participants can submit proposals for a talk at the parallel sessions or a poster at the Indico webpage before June 30th (this deadline will not be extended).

Conference Fee

  • Attend only:  Free
  • Accepted contributing talk or poster:  75 EUR (Early Bird Fee)

We are looking forward to welcome you at the 17th International Conference on Topics in Astroparticle and Underground Physics.

Thank you for your interest and support,

Sergio Pastor and Mariam Tórtola

co-chairs of TAUP2021, on behalf of the Local Organizing Committee

Abstract submission is now open, until June 30th!

The biennial TAUP series covers recent experimental and theoretical developments in astroparticle physics by invited plenary review talks and parallel workshop sessions of invited and contributed presentations. The conference will also include a dedicated poster session.

  • Cosmology and particle physics
  • Dark matter and its detection
  • Neutrino physics and astrophysics
  • Gravitational waves
  • High-energy astrophysics and cosmic rays

TAUP 2021 is organised by IFIC, a joint research centre shared by the Spanish Research Council (CSIC) and the University of Valencia (UV), in collaboration with other national institutions involved in astroparticle physics.
