Instructions for abstracts submission

Date for presentation of papers: from 12-03-2023 to 15-05-2023

 

Participants who would like to submit an abstract must be done through the abstract submission form located below and before 15 May 2023.

The abstracts should be relevant to the themes of one of the sessions of the conference:

  • Conservation priorities for the Mediterranean flora and habitats
  • Germplasm conservation for future and current uses
  • In situ and integrated conservation
  • Ecological restoration of Mediterranean habitats
  • Conservation of relict and mature forests 
  • Experiences of Cryptogam conservation in the Mediterranean
  • International networks for the conservation of Mediterranean flora and habitats
  • Education and communication for plant conservation

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

  • Title, theme, abstract, authors and co-authors
  • Type of participation: oral presentation or poster.
  • Title of the communication: The title of the abstract will be written in one or two lines (maximum).
  • Keywords: Indicate between 5 keywords about the content of the article. If possible, do not repeat the words that appear in the title of your article.
  • Abstract: Each Abstract must include at least one representative who wishes to register for the Congress. The astract will contain a maximum of 4,000 characters (including spaces). It must be a continuous text in which the paragraphs are separated by blank spaces.

Limit of communications for author > 2

Please note: Oral presentations must be given onsite, by at least one of the co-authors 

Notification of acceptance will be forwarded by 14 June 2023.

Information for poster presenters

Recommended poster dimension: width 0.90m, height 1.20m. We also recommend one complete sheet, rather than small multiple sheets.

At the top of the poster, include the title, author name(s) and affiliations (organization, city, country). We suggest the poster to have title letters at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) high. Lettering for the author’s information (name and affiliations) may be smaller (1.25 cm or 0.5 inch).

On arrival, please go directly to the registration desk.

On registration, you will be provided with the location of your poster board and adhesive material for attaching your poster. Please do not use any other method of attaching your poster to the boards.

Posters have to be printed by you and brought to the Conference. If needed, assistance will be offered for printing posters in Valencia. All posters are to be removed by the end of the session. Remaining posters after this time will be removed by the organisation without the possibility of recovery.

1. In the case of managing the data of data subjects for registration and administration of conferences, courses and workshops/seminars, the legitimate grounds are the request (contractual or pre-contractual relationship).
2. For sending information on the Foundation’s programmes and activities, the legitimate grounds are the consent of the data subject.
3. In the case of recording videos and/or taking photographs the legitimate grounds are the possibility we offer the data subject (see additional information).

Addressed to: Organising and collaborating institutions inside and outside the EU, Catering service providers, etc., Marketing providers, State Law Enforcement Forces and Agencies, the University of Valencia.

Time limit: Users’ data will be kept until they request their removal, object or revoke their consent.

Rights: Access, rectification and erasure of data, as well as other rights as explained in the additional information.

Additional information: In the course of the activity graphic material (photographs, videos, etc.) may be obtained that will subsequently be published through websites or social media. However, in order to offer you the possibility of not being filmed and/or photographed we inform you that the organisation will photograph or film wide shots in which people are not identified or identifiable.
- The graphic material obtained will be published on ADEIT’s website and the organiser’s website, as well as on social media.
