Date for presentation of papers: from 2-06-2017 to 8-09-2017

The deadline for the submission of the communications and posters is extended until September 8th, 2017. 


The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee of the Valencian Ball Congress: Challenges for the 21st Century, publish the following rules for the referral and acceptance of free communications and posters for the Congress.

The areas of the congress are:

1. Initiation and Training

2. Professional World, High Performance

3. Amateur World, Leisure

4. Management, Marketing and Communication

The deadline for sending the papers and posters is 24th July 2017.

The speaker will have 15 minutes to make the presentation. The Scientific Committee will be responsible for accepting the paper.

The papers will be sent through the web page of the Congress indicating "Paper Valencian Ball Congress ".

The paper will include the title of the work and the full name of all authors (maximum 6 authors per work), as well as their institutional or professional membership, if applicable. THE AUTHOR 1 will specify his/her contact details and will be the one designated to maintain the correspondence related to the paper.

Papers should use this Word template. The name of the main sections must be written in capital letters and bold. The font is Times New Roman and the size is 12. The space between lines is 1.5. The text must be justified. Between paragraphs, a space of 6 points must be added.

Subsection: The text of the subsection should be written in lowercase and bold. The font is also Times New Roman and the size is 12.

Tables and figures must be numbered; tables must carry the title above the table, while figures must carry the title below the figure. For the titles of tables and figures, the space will be of 1 or simple.

The papers will not be inferior to 3 pages nor superior to 6. Although the language of the congress is the Valencian, they can be sent in Valencian or Castilian. The presentation of the papers can be done in Valencian or Castilian.

As for posters, the topics should be referred to some of the themes of the Congress. The title of the work and the full names of all authors (maximum 6 authors per work), as well as their institutional or professional relevance, should be included, if applicable. THE AUTHOR 1 will specify his/her contact details and will be the one designated to maintain the correspondence related to the poster.

Once accepted by the Scientific Committee, it will be indicated the exhibition hall of the posters and the day to be placed and will be exposed throughout the congress. The Technical Secretariat of the Congress will provide the space and material to place the poster and indicate the day and hours that the authors will be present to answer questions of the attendees. The poster should not exceed a size of 90 cm wide x 120 cm high, with a letter that allows reading at a distance of approximately 1.5 meters.

  • It is important to emphasize that in order to include a paper/poster in the final program, the main author must have registered before 24th July 2017.
  • Accepted and presented papers and posters will be included in the Conference Book of Minutes that will have an ISBN (International Standard Book Number).
